It was Wild in the West on Wednesday, April 10th when the San Diego Rental Housing Industry met at the San Diego Convention Center for a full day of 
seminars, exhibits and networking. Over 2,000 attendees filled their game cards with stamps in an effort to win cash prizes! They attended seven seminars and visited with over 180 exhibitors on the EXPO floor.
The day-long event started with an 8:00 a.m. Economic Forecast with Industry Expert, Alan Nevin from the London Group, and ended with a Legislative and Legal Review Session that featured local, state and national legislative analysts. At noon attendees gathered to watch over 100 maintenance technicians compete in the Regional Maintenance Mania Competition to determine who is the BEST Maintenance Technician in San Diego County. The winner of this event may go on to represent the West Coast region at the National Competition in June!
Throughout the day, attendees were treated to demonstrations, prize drawings and unique product samplings that help keep them on top of the newest products and services for the rental housing industry.
