The Independent Rental Owner Professional (IROP) designation program is offered to the rental owner who manages their personally-held multifamily property or properties.  You will receive an "insiders's view" of property ownership and management practices.

Earning the IROP Designation:

Independent rental owners who complete the IROP course can now earn the IROP designation/certificate by taking a 65-question, multiple choice online exam.
