The SDCAA housing counselor is not an attorney but will give operational advice and direct SDCAA members to California Civil Code sections pertaining to landlord/tenant law and will assist in explaining the proper usage of our rental forms. You are advised to consult with an attorney before taking any action. SDCAA member attorney referrals are available upon request.

Buyer's Guide: A Directory of Member Products and Services Considered the "Yellow Pages” of the rental housing industry in San Diego County, the SDCAA’s Buyer's Guide is a full listing of SDCAA Property Management and Supplier Members. The Buyer’s Guide is published at the beginning of each year and distributed to all members. New SDCAA members are also provided a copy of the Buyer's Guide as they join. Property Management members receive a complimentary listing and may purchase display advertising and additional listings.
