​The San Diego County Apartment Association (SDCAA) is Southern California's leading trade Association. SDCAA's membership makes up over 200,000 rental housing units throughout San Diego, Riverside and Imperial Counties. With a dedicated staff to provide lobbying, operational advice, rental form packages and market analytics, the SDCAA provides a versatile foundation for success in the rental housing industry.

The SDCAA is an affiliate of the National Apartment Association and works to support the nation's rental professionals at the local, state and national levels.
